Should ban earlier than after so many accident had happened.

They are a menace to society. Good riddance

But next problem is enforcement, just look at the people smoking at the food court. 😔

Bad move. Might as well ban pmd. Lazy policies

Hmm ban from footpaths. Wise move but some moronic imbeciles r sure to heck care n stil speed along. Only can wish those speeding morons get into their own accident real bad!

The govt shouldn’t wait for incidents happened then look into issues such as banning e-scooters from the footpath! unnecessary lives had already been sacrificed for this!! 😡

Hurrah!!!

Finally. No more sudden scares from food delivery and other e-scooter speedsters! Well done LTAsg! CommonSense RoadSafety

The elephant is finally feeling the heat!

E-scooters to be banned on Singapore's footpaths from Nov 5SINGAPORE: The use of electric scooters will be banned on footpaths in Singapore from Tuesday (Nov 5), with offenders facing fines and jail time ... oh no what abt foodpanda all those ppl tho finally!! Consumers brought this upon themselves but i do wish the authorities explored tighter regulations first instead of an outright ban. My aging dad walks a lot everyday and I thought an E-scooter could've eased the burden on his legs, that's out the window now.
