Speaking on RTÉ's Prime Time, Leo Varadkar said a fourth payment towards electricity bills is "a possibility for the winter period when the bills are at their worst". However, the Taoiseach said "while there is more help on the way" he wants to see "prices coming down". He said the Government "would expect to see electricity and gas bills come down over the course of the year".
