Look no further than BC, those blackberries grow like weeds there. On the bright side of things, they make an awesome security fence! The thorns and vines are vicious as ‘bleep!’

First our land for berries. Then our water for berries back in their own country. How 'bout Canadians grow the berries and sell them to the Americans?

Have picked raspberries and blueberries all the way up to Fort McMurray since 1970. Don't know what kind of BS 💩 CBC is trying to spin

What the hell are you people at CBC talking about Agricultural yields have doubled across the world !!!

I hate to state the obvious….why wouldn’t we just grow our own and export🤔

Sounds like this is a good thing. Yay climate change!

'Climate guru' Michael Shellenberger was at the US Congress today to testify that climate alarmism is not based on science and there is no climate emergency that warrants destroying our energy security and prosperity.

Doubtful Trudeau will tolerate this!

CBC fake liberal news network

Hmm, this doesn’t quite match the liberal statements as of late. I thought we needed to be taxed into oblivion not become a safe haven for berry growers.

CBC you will take blowback from Trudeau.... oh yeah, TrudeauMustGo

Agriculture has never been predictable even in climate controlled greenhouses, and the Earth’s climate has been changing for the last 4.6 billion years.

Blackberries are an invasive species where I live on Vancouver Island

Climate change……you know this definitively with 130 years of recorded weather data! Truedeau push the lie button again today?

40 years ago aired a documentary, which ProsaicPKent narrated. It promised Canadian farmers that their climate indifference would be rewarded. But they didn't mention it would be so relative to the plight of their 'loser' colleagues.

One paragraph at the end of this article on how Canadian farms are also being impacted is completely missing the plot. E.g. corn crops in southern Alberta will not be viable by 2050. Also, where's the acknowledgment of indoor farming? Nothing on this? cdnpoli climatecrisis

Here we go with the climate change fear broker narrative. The climate change we are experiencing is due to natural solar cycles.

Maybe they can do to BC, what was done to California… bottle all the water and ship it out, use the rest to feed unsustainable crops, untill the place is a drought stricken wasteland…
