Shadow Climate Change and Energy Minister Ted O’Brien says over the past weeks, Australia has seen a rolling series of “manic thought bubbles” coming from the federal government.

Sky News Australia recently revealed the government is urging NSW and Queensland to implement a cap on the domestic coal price of $125 a tonne, and is itself set to announce a cap on gas prices of $13 per gigajoule.
