Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT The Halo franchise is already known for having some excellent co-op campaigns for players to enjoy with their friends but one team of fans wants to go even further and create an entirely original adventure that's perfect for four players.
With an entirely new story and new levels that have been created from the ground up specifically for the add-on, the team notes that it's taking plenty of inspiration from Halo: Combat Evolved, the original game in the series, and its sequel Halo 2. To show off what fans can expect from RedShift, Blimp Brigade released a brief reveal trailer on YouTube that spotlights the world they're building and it's already looking impressive.
RedShift May Be Combat Evolved Learning From The Greats Pays Off The aesthetically impressive footage confirms that RedShift's campaign will be set during the Human-Covenant War, specifically after the fall of Reach, a major moment in Halo canon. Various biomes are spotlighted, including a tranquil forest in what appears to be fall as orange leaves fall to the grass, an ornate temple, and even an underwater base that the Covenant itself seemingly runs.
