At the IAA auto show in Munich, Mercedes showed off the Mercedes-Benz Concept CLA Class while BMW revealed the BMW Vision Neue Klasse.

The range will comprise a total of four new models — a four-door coupé, an estate and two sports utility vehicles.

It will also allow third-party apps, such as your favorite music or video streaming apps, to be integrated with the vehicle. The first electric vehicles based on the Neue Klasse — or new class — architecture are set to enter production in 2025.BMW revealed the BMW Vision Neue Klasse, a concept electric vehicle that will underpin its foray into battery-powered cars.
