Sultan al-Jaber, who also serves as the chairman of Masdar, a renewable energy company focused on a variety of energy sources including solar, wind, and hydrogen, will deliver a speech to kick off the CERAWeek energy conference being hosted by S&P Global in Houston, Texas.
