Some Power NI customers discovered their energy support vouchers had been cancelled prior to arrival

A number of Power NI customers are to have their £600 energy support vouchers reissued after they were cancelled prior to arrival.

A Power NI spokesperson said: "The vast majority of EBSS AFP NI £600 vouchers have already been issued, however there are some circumstances where vouchers have been cancelled and then reissued . Although there are a number of Power NI and Electric Ireland customers who have said they are yet to receive theirs.
