Chasing fusion is stupid. When we have fission tech that could save the world that we don’t use, it’s just an academic fundraising scam. Fusion is teenage sci-fi fan’s wet dreams. Nothing more.
I've come to realize that '10 years' is often quoted for projects that never end up successfully coming to pass. It's short enough to seem real yet long enough that nobody expects anything soon. And by the time it fails, everyone has moved on. (Hope I'm wrong here!)

We have ITER in france. I dont think fusion energy has had very much funds so i hope that co-operating in europe does help to figure this choice more open.
