You fix Eskom and all the other government issues one way. Make corruption at any level in government a capital crime with long jail times for all parties involved. Prosecute, no exceptions. Unfortunately, the criminals are running the show all the way to the top.
On the history, Mark Swilling spot on. then loses plot. For instance to say bid window 5 & 6 are advanced & leave it there is disingenious.Some BW5 projects are failing to reach financial close.BW6 wind projects were not signed because of constraints on Eskom Grid.
People can cope for a long time with reduced electricity availability but they cannot survive the next big shortage: water.
Nope as soon as Cyril goes to jail for Treason blackouts goes with him..
