The annual report showcases compelling scientific evidence that climate change has global impacts and shows no sign of slowing, said Rick Spinrad of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which led the study.

The global average sea level was about 3.8 inches higher in 2021 than the 1993 average, when the satellite measurement record began.Earth's warming trend is continuing, with 2021 among the six warmest years since records began in the mid-to-late 1800s, the report found.

"With many communities hit with 1,000-year floods, exceptional drought and historic heat this year, it shows that the climate crisis is not a future threat but something we must address today as we work to build a Climate-Ready Nation — and world — that is resilient to climate-driven extremes," Spinrad said in a statement.

but sure, keep denying climate change AND election security, because of a laptop!

We are in an unbroken multi thousand year temperature downtrend. Don't drink the kool aid.

So you draw this conclusion from one data point over the past 150 years? 🤔

lmao!!!

It’s almost as if the climate is….changing.

Only in the top 10 over 221 years? This is supposed to back your assumptions? It looks like no drastic change in conditions or temperatures and definitely not enough to destroy our energy use.

You will not convince me to reduce my quality of life, damn commie propagandist.

🙄

Climate change is a theory not a law like Newton’s Law or Laws of thermodynamics- unfortunately, the theory cannot be proven until too late - much like heaven and hell - would you commit sin and go to hell or avoid sin?

Climate change is no longer a theory; it's real. And it's no longer a future threat; it's here. Already, its effects impact our existence. The real question is: when it comes to saving our planet, are we too late?

Shit

I’m sure China India and all of Africa don’t wanna modernize and definitely gonna give a shit :)
