"No country should withhold progress on existential transnational issues because of bilateral differences," said the former U.S. Secretary of State, who is currently the Biden administration's top climate diplomat. What a joke. No matter what US said China will always develop and use more clean energy to save climate. The so-called bilateral talks is just a way China shows kind to Biden’ party to have him brag about his so-called power to control climate crisis.
China's pollution is double the U.S.'s. So if 'Climate Change' REALLY were an existential threat, enviros would DEMAND that U.S. Companies, 1. stop having products & components made in Chinese factories powered by coal, & 2. make them in U.S. factories powered by natural gas.
