A CARE worker will struggle to make it through the winter because she cannot afford her fuel bill.

Sorry to hear that ,, but a loaf of bread -£1, packet of ham £1.50, small cheese £1.50 , packet of salad £1, that should make at least 4 meals , around £1 a meal !! And no cooking ! Surely you can afford that !!
