KUALA LUMPUR:has inked a conditional heads of agreement with RoyalJet LLC for the potential acquisition of the the former's aviation business at Subang International Airport.
It said both companies believe the proposed acquisition of Sapura Resources’ aviation arm by RoyalJet is in tandem with the current plans to rejuvenate the private aviation industry, which would directly benefit Selangor’s economic development around Subang airport. Meanwhile, Malaysia Airports managing director Datuk Iskandar Mizal Mahmood says this potential deal between Royal Jet and SRB complements the efforts to rejuvenate Subang Airport
