The comments on that article are pretty grim. Putin is waging war against not just Ukraine but the Western order. Every person who freezes to death or starves this winter is another casualty he will be happy to add to his tally.

easy to say, but freezing prices doesn't really work, as we saw on socialism. The only effect is that almost nothing is available on the official market and the black market prices rocket, resp. you need 'friends' to even get something on them.

It's going to be a very cold winter when you make Russia your enemy,they are holding back the supply of gas.

The circa being the year 2022 through the grace of God the axis of the planet has been tilted, therefore what happens on the Tropic of Cancer can be circumvented with the Tropic of Capricorn. With only an few days, last summer to show off those bulging biceps... Who knows?
