Martin Lewis has praised a new energy tariff which could significantly benefit low-end energy users. Speaking on the latest episode of his podcast, the money-saving expert said a new tariff on the market is discounting standing charges, something which he has long complained against.
He said: "Let's look at this new tariff it is called EDF Ensure. It's a big difference, it tracks the price cap, so when the price cap goes up it goes up and when the price cap goes down as we know it will do by 7 per cent in July, it comes down too.
