Angela Paxton, R-McKinney, along with their fellow colleagues to acknowledge the problem and enact durable bipartisan policies to put Texas on a path to eventually end the release of excess heat trapping gases into the atmosphere and seize the economic opportunities in doing so.To ERCOT and our Texas government: Of course we understand that extreme heat and/or extreme cold present extra usage.
I know from personal experience that rate cases presented to the Public Utility Commission are a huge deal within a utility, involving months of difficult preparation work.
