Residents of Oba Ogo Community Development Association in Ijedodo, Iba Local Community Development Association of Lagos, have staged a protest to the office of Ikeja Electric Plc following two and a half months of power failure.
Speaking further, he disclosed the transformer became faulty on March 9, 2024 and was taken away by officials of Ikeja Electric on March 18, 2024. He said the community has been in darkness for the past two and a half months, and “considering the present heat, it is extremely painful for the residents.”
