Panera Bread is phasing out the highly caffeinated Charged Lemonade that has been linked to at least two death lawsuits.Riddled in controversy since the first lawsuit was filed in October, the beverages will no longer be sold within the coming weeks at the food chain's more than 2,000 restaurants.Panera announced a 'new era' with 20 new and enhanced menu items on April 16.
