The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency has said that treated water being released from Japan's damaged Fukushima nuclear plant poses no threat to the environment. Rafael Grossi is visiting the country, more than six months after the operator of the facility started pumping out the wastewater. He reaffirmed the IAEA's commitment to oversee the entire discharge process. Michiyo Ishida reports from Tokyo.
