Sony Honda Mobility intends to launch its first electric vehicle model in North America by 2025. Ultimately, the joint venture also hopes to release fully self-driving vehicles. “To enjoy the space in your car, you have to make it a space where you don’t need to drive,” said Kawanishi. “The solution for this is autonomous driving.”
