No brainer.
Gee I wonder why that state has the highest homeless rate in the USA?
Try that in places like Alaska or Nunavut.
Now will some one with the knowledge please explain how those solar panels will be dealt with when they reach end of life.
Thank you for helping to price homes out of reach. Congratulations.
You can't say the homes will have $40 of savings on the electric bill per month and then call the home 'net-zero' Oh California. The hippy cousin that never got a job.
Putting homes further out of reach of the average American

Yet, here in NS we can’t get the politicians to grow a set and ban plastic bags.
Does anyone remember when cell phones and computers were affordable only by the privileged? Alternative electricity including solar will hopefully become affordable to everyone, in the near future.
Most new homes have 25-yr mortgage to spread costs. Solar shingles affordable. Feeds back to grid. Honda & Mitsubishi SmartHomes.
Good call, takes load off the electrical grid and makes homes cheaper to own, upfront cost will. Be greatly offset by longer term panel generation.
Hope they are not to heavy for the tents.
Oh look Premier Doug Ford, a state that welcomes green energy.
Someone is getting a good kick back
This will punish low-income people, while making rich Californians even more smug and self-righteous than they already are.

Makes a lot of sense in a sunny state that has been left reeling by climate change
Because California hates poor people. Why else would they arbitrarily tax on thousands more to new homes.
