The problem is countries like India & Argentina where they do t have emissions control & mechanics dump oil into.creeks and they burn their plastic waste. No freedom for anyone should do it. (That’s climate, not weather... please google...) JANEUNHYE Our temperatures have already dropped by 30 degrees since August and I predict they will continue to drop another 30 degrees by January 2019. This is going to get wild. JANEUNHYE Maybe scaling up air conditioning need's to be done, mass transport present so why not start with high capacity AC's for out door's for lesser area at first then WAN like size
