Leeward Renewable Energy expands Dallas headquarters

Leeward Renewable Energy LLC is expanding its Dallas headquarters to keep up with the company’s fast growth.It has 31 wind, solar, and energy storage facilities across the U.S., the equivalent of about 3 gigawatts of generating capacity. Its pipeline under development includes about 30 GW spanning 125 projects. A handful of Leeward’s developments are under construction or already operational in Texas.

The company, which has regional offices in Houston and Chicago, has 340 total employees, with 135 in the Dallas area. It expects to have 400 at the end of 2024.A JLL team including Jeff Eckert, Blake Shipley, Haley Hullett and Ayanna Jarvis leads leasing at the property owned jointly by Glenstar and Affinius Capital., Real estate reporter.
