GWM to Rename Good Cat EV as Ora 07

Great Wall Motors (GWM) has decided to change the name of its electric vehicle model Good Cat to Ora 07. This decision is part of a naming convention that GWM is implementing across its Ora lineup. The company initially planned to rename the Ora R1 as Ora Lightning Cat, but later changed it to Ora 03. GWM Malaysia will also rename the Good Cat, but not immediately due to existing stock. The new name will likely coincide with the start of local assembly.

The Good Cat has already been assembled in Thailand since January
