A High Court in Makurdi has fixed October 30, 2023 to hear the N5billion suit case against Benue State government.
Chief Viashima is seeking N5billion damages over alleged invasion of his business premises on July 12, 2023. Joined in the suit is Governor Alia, the Benue State Police Commissioner, Attorney General of Benue State and the chairman of the Benue State Asset Recovery Committee, Mr Hinga Biem.
