Another company, unwilling too do what is right, when they are clearly at fault. These bankruptcy laws, need to be changed. If they can’t pay for what they are responsible for, then they shouldn’t be allowed to operate, with a chance of doing it again.
I have read the Gov. of CA, the various state boards & agencies, and various environmental groups prohibited ANYONE from doing the tree & undergrowth cleaning everyone knew was necessary and now they want to hang the fire on PG&E? Sounds like there are a lot of others to sue!
