thunderstorms brought floodsAs of 2 p.m., electric utility company Oncor said two customers were still experiencing outages Tuesday due to damages from Monday’s floods, down from more than 30,000 customers affected on Monday. Oncor serves 3.8 million customers.were not related to Monday’s floods, according to Oncor spokeswoman Kerri Dunn.

As of Monday afternoon, there were six traffic signals either without power or not properly working in Dallas, the city said. It’s unclear Tuesday how many traffic signals remained without power.
