CPS Energy interim President and CEO Rudy Garza thinks there are better ways to utilize the surplus, none of which satisfy this paying customer. Paying down delinquent bills only helps those who can’t pay their bill and probably never will, what with ever-rising rate hikes. He is right when he says a $31 credit won’t mean much to a person with a $500 monthly electric bill, probably because that person can afford it, but at least it is something.

Hopefully, that tipping point has been reached and meaningful gun safety legislation will finally be enacted.This article by Cecilia Lenzen of the Texas Tribune is almost an entire page long. There are several opinions on abortion versus adoption. Many good points were made. However, there isn’t a single word here suggesting the very first option to avoid unwanted pregnancies or abortions would be to use birth control.
