Energy and Natural Resources Ministry to lead probe into Baling floods, Dewan Rakyat told

Takiyuddin said the Chief Secretary to the Government's Office has ordered the investigation to be led by the Energy and Natural Resources Ministry and it would also involve various relevant ministries and agencies.

"It is relevant as under my ministry, there are various agencies and it will be chaired by the Chief Secretary to the Government himself," said Takiyuddin during his winding up speech in Parliament on Monday .Wong Hon Wai subsequently interjected and asked if the government would table a white paper on the Baling floods.

"If there's a need for a white paper, I feel there's no objection from the government. I will ensure the white paper is tabled in Parliament," added Takiyuddin.
