The car is powered by a 62kWh battery pack, said to offer 120 miles of range. The video doesn't mention a charging time., Twisted has succeeded in packaging the electric architecture under the bonnet and in place of the fuel tank, while all the off-roady functions like low range are now on a touchscreen, which is neat.

Predictably enough, this Twisted EV is going to a London-based customer who will use it to potter around town with considerably less stress than anyone else in an old Defender. We'll endeavour to get first-hand experience of an EV Defender soon; given how this one has seemingly turned out, it's easy to imagine Twisted having to build a few more...
