Her 2007 hit “Foundations” was Tori Amos-sound-tracking, Nash was still developing as a songwriter.

The obvious difference is that Nash is now in her mid-30s: she’s seen a few things – heartbreak, career woes, financial instabilityHer voice still has that gorgeous babbling brook quality, and on blistering piano-driven opener “Millions of Heartbeats”, she recalls losing her creative drive during the darkest days of the lockdown.
