: Mahkamah Tinggi di sini hari ini diberitahu cadangan 1Malaysia Development Berhad bagi pemerolehan Tanjong Energy Holdings Sdn Bhd pada harga bidaan RM10.6 bilion adalah keputusan pengurusan tertinggi 1MDB selepas konsultasi dengan Goldman Sachs.

Saksi ke-50 pendakwaan itu berkata demikian ketika disoal balas oleh peguam Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah pada perbicaraan kes rasuah dan pengubahan wang haram Najib, yang juga bekas Perdana Menteri, membabitkan RM2.3 bilion dana 1MDB. Loo juga berkata beliau telah menyediakan resolusi pemegang saham dan menyerahkannya kepada ahli perniagaan dalam buruan Low Taek Jho atau Jho Low untuk mendapatkan kelulusan Najib.
