Country singer icon, Willie Nelson has released his new book revealing all of the stories behind his songs.
The book, 'Energy Follows Thought' was released on his website Tuesday in celebration of his 90th birthday. Getting your hands on this book will reveal never-before-seen photos, the stories behind the lyrics of 160 of his favorite songs, and an assortment of ephemera. "Willie is disarmingly honest—what do you have to lose when you’re about to turn 90? —meditating on the nature of songwriting and finding his voice, and the themes he’s explored his whole life—relationships, infidelity, love, loss, friendship, life on the road, and particularly poignant at this juncture of his life: mortality," stated the in the book release.
Nelson shares even more about artists that he's collaborated with like Merle Haggard, Patsy Cline, Dolly Parton, and more.
