“The Daily Telegraph’s Tim Blair says the essence of the climate movement is based on a “central core conceit”.

“They first find a system called weather which is intensely variable, claim that it’s not variable at all and that it’s static, and then when it acts variably they cry and panic,” Mr Blair told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
