Recastled CEO Kosha Gada says the “true, natural demand” for renewable energy is not at the level activists or government proponents want it to be.

This comes after tech billionaire Mike Cannon-Brookes estimated it would cost $100,000 for people to electrify their homes.

“There’s this whole sort of other economy that’s come up around that, where there’s all sorts of government incentives and schemes and tax credits and whatnot that benefit that,” Ms Gada told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “I think what Cannon-Brookes sees from an economic perspective is there’s a window to make money here and take advantage of all these government schemes, and make a buck while doing it.”
