Amin Nasser, CEO of Saudi Aramco, says the energy transition is failing and countries should abandon the “fantasy” of phasing out oil and gas. Nasser spoke at the CERAWEEK conference in Houston, United States.
He believes that the current transition strategy is failing and proposes investing in oil and gas instead. He also dismisses the notion of peak oil by 2030.
