This translates to a decrease in the average monthly electricity bill for families living in HDB four-room flats by S$0.33 before GST. SP Group, which owns and operates Singapore's electricity network, reviews the electricity tariffs every quarter based on guidelines set by the industry regulator, the Energy Market Authority .Eligible Singaporean households living in HDB flats will receive U-Save and service and conservancy charges rebates.There will be additional U-Save benefits to bring total U-Save rebates to up to S$950, or two-and-a-half times the usual amount.
