Citroen has continued its radical model range overhaul with the new C3 Aircross, which will arrive later this year with an all-new design and an all-electric variant for the first time. Measuring 4390mm long, the new C3 Aircross grows in size by some 200mm compared to the previous car, boosting practicality and adding the option of seven seats. The crossover is based on the same affordability-focused Smart Car platform as the new Vauxhall Frontera, which replaces the outgoing Vauxhall Crossland.
As well as receiving a more widened stance, the C3 Aircross also benefits from 690mm-diametre wheels. The C3, for reference, gets LED headlights, a head-up display, comfort suspension and rear parking assistance as standard, with a smartphone mount in place of a touchscreen infotainment system. Range-topping cars add a 10.25in touchscreen, wireless phone charging, automatic headlights and a rear-view camera.
