Recently revealed in the PRC, the iCar V23 is the first model that was jointly developed with Xiaomi subsidiary Zhimi Technology – a company that specializes in smart home appliances and now plays a vital role in Chery's new energy vehicles . Back to the vehicle itself, the iCar V23 features a boxy design that appears to take inspiration from other off-roaders like the Suzuki Jimny, the Land Rover Defender, and even the Toyota Land Cruiser.
As for its electric hardware, the iCar V23 is available with either a single motor or a pair of them – delivering AWD capability. Official specs are not yet available but the automaker did say that it's capable of traveling between 400 km to 500 km on a full charge. The battery pack will be supplied by leading supplier CATL.
