Trouble with this idea is that the population will increase as we all go to bed early to keep warm ...
I do that as can’t afford to heat the entire house. Even so spend over £400 -500 per winter month on oil. Only bedroom warm at night w/ electric fire. Costs £650 p 1/4. With green taxes I’ll be heat-less. Let’s knock down all old houses to build eco homes. Win for equity funds

Convert gas network to hydrogen then strip out the CO2 from natural gas and inject back into depleted reservoirs.
Mine are often set just above zero, to stop frozen pipes .. I will take note of this and turn it up next winter
The climate has a long history of changing. C02 is a trailing indicator, not leading, and is only 0.045% of atmospheric gases. Governments are lying to justify more control over people.
That’s no good if we’re going to address the “climate emergency” and get to zero emissions within 6 yrs. all gas boilers will have to be switched off - permanently - or replaced.
