The styling of the electric bike has been inspired by motocross bikes

The bike is powered by a 514.1 Wh battery and can hit up to 24 mph . It takes roughly 4 hours to recharge the battery of the Elektrode 20. Aimed at young buyers, U.S. prices start at $2,199. Do you yearn to own a Kawasaki but don’t have the money for one of its dirt bikes? If that sounds like you, the Japanese manufacturer may have the answer with its new electric bike. It may not be as thrilling or as quick as a motorbike, but it’s significantly cheaper.

The battery sits in the frame and is a lithium-ion unit that takes 4 hours to charge through a normal household socket. It should be able to retain 800% of its original capacity after 500 recharges. The two-wheeler includes three separate speed modes, limiting it to 13 mph , 18 mph , and 24 mph . Importantly, the bike has been designed primarily for kids and teens and can only support riders up to 132 lbs .
