Bad idea....bad plan

There are dozens of unmarked road closures that end Ins dead end… I’m interested to see how this works out.

We are now free to walk across roads at anytime. The driverless car will stop and let you pass, and it won't even honk at you or give you the finger.

Is this allowed in Toronto? Shouldn't the Ministry of Transportation be making these decisions?
