Merseyside Police received a call that at around 5.05pm on Saturday, May 11 two men on an electric bike were seen on Holt Road, Tranmere. Police believe one of the men was in possession of a gun, described as having the appearance of a pistol.
A 19-year-old man from New Ferry was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause injury; possession with intent to supply Class A drugs; and serious assault in connection with a separate offence in April.
