Eric Sickbert, from left, of DLA Architects, talks with Lockport seniors and student board members Akash Patel, Victoria DalPonte and Chelsea Osei during the open house May 13, 2024 at Lockport Township High School East Campus.

Stefanie Croix, District 205 director of business services, shares financial information during the open house. Superintendent Robert McBride said he hopes more residents will participate. Randy Juras of Lockport attended the open house because he supports renovating Central Campus for his 10-year-old grandson Easton, who is highly interested in technology. Juras, who voted yes on the referendum, said he would like to keep Central’s heritage while ensuring it has modern amenities.
