After all, the iX xDrive40 can only support DC fast charging up to 150kW and the iX xDrive50 maxes out at 200kW. Meanwhile, the on-board AC charger inside the SUV supports up to 11kW of power.
Aside from the all-year free charging, customers will also receive a free BMW Wallbox AC charger for their home complete with up to RM1,500 discount on the installation fee. For customers thinking of trading in their existing vehicle for the new iX, there is also overtrade support of up to RM15,000.
