Millions of Australians set to get help keeping the lights on, as power bill relief and new market offer come into force
However, it is just as important for consumers, especially those struggling under soaring cost of living pressures, for whom power bills take up a significant portion of their yearly budget. The discount will be applied in four $75 increments, one payment per quarter, over the coming financial year and will be automatically applied to bills rather than given as a cash handout.
