KUALA LUMPUR: ENERtec Asia 2024, a three-day conference commencing today, aims to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange to address escalating air pollution and climate change caused by fossil fuel use, to meet the region's rising energy demands.
ENERtec Asia is organised by Informa Markets Malaysia Sdn Bhd, co-hosted by The Electrical and Electronics Association of Malaysia and in partnership with the Energy Industries Council. "Our Ministry wholeheartedly embraces the government's goal of achieving 31 per cent renewable energy in the national installed capacity mix by 2025, and 40 per cent by 2035.
