The train boasts an impressive driving range exceeding 1,000 kilometers, significantly reducing the need for refueling stops. Prior to the test run, the hydrogen power system underwent rigorous testing for durability, performance in extreme temperatures , vibration resistance, electromagnetic compatibility, and fire safety. This comprehensive testing ensures the safe and reliable operation of the train.
This successful trial operation signifies a major milestone for China’s rail transit industry, paving the way for wider adoption of hydrogen energy.
