SAN ANTONIO - Officials with the Electric Reliability Council of Texas are predicting an active hurricane season this year, but they're not predicting brutal heat.If you'll remember, ERCOT requested “Energy Conservation” last August, at least 8 separate times. As for the reason, they say it's because August days are shorter and there's less solar power, but the demand for power remains the same.
